By using our website and completing a booking, you agree to comply with these Terms, as well as any additional terms specified by your chosen service provider.

1. Introduction

Compare Airport Deal operates as a booking agent and comparison platform, facilitating connections between customers and independent airport parking service providers. Our role is to streamline the booking process while providing transparent information to assist you in selecting the most suitable option.

Compare Airport Deal does not own, operate, or control any parking facilities.
Responsibility for service delivery, including quality, security, and compliance, rests solely with the third-party provider you select.
The Company assumes no liability for loss, damage, or disputes arising from services rendered by third-party providers.

2. Bookings

Review Terms Carefully: Prior to booking, ensure you understand the terms of both Compare Airport Deal and your selected provider. Contact us with any questions.
Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon issuance of a reference number via email. If confirmation is not received, notify us immediately.
Non-Transferable: Bookings are valid only for the specified dates, times, and vehicle. Changes require provider approval and may incur fees.
Mystery/Saver Products: Discounted rates may disclose facility details post-booking. Verify suitability before proceeding, as these are non-adjustable.

3. Pricing & Payments

Currency: All prices are quoted in GBP and include pre-booking facilitation fees, which are non-refundable.
Payment Processing: Transactions are handled securely via third-party processors. Your statement may reflect the processor’s name, not Compare Airport Deal.
Additional Fees: Providers may charge for oversized vehicles, extended stays, or terminal access. Review your confirmation for details.
VAT Receipts: Available upon request from the provider, as we act solely as an agent.

4. Amendments & Cancellations

Cancellation Window: Cancel up to 48 hours before drop-off for a refund, minus a £15 administration fee. Non-flexible rates (e.g., Mystery deals) are exempt from cancellations.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of drop-off or for no-shows.
Changes Post-Drop-Off: Coordinate directly with the provider; fees may apply.

5. Service Provider Terms

Provider Responsibility: Service standards, vehicle handling, and insurance compliance are the provider’s obligation.
Vehicle Requirements: Ensure roadworthiness. Providers may relocate vehicles between secure compounds; features may vary.
Extended Stays/Surcharges: Billed directly by the provider.

6. Liability & Insurance

At Your Risk: Vehicles and contents are parked at the owner’s risk. Remove valuables and secure independent insurance.
Provider Insurance: While providers must maintain adequate coverage, we do not verify or guarantee its terms. Request details directly from them.
Our Liability: Limited to booking facilitation errors per UK consumer law. Excludes indirect/consequential losses (e.g., travel disruptions).

7. Complaints

Service Issues: Contact the provider immediately with evidence (e.g., photos). We may assist but cannot compel resolutions.
Booking Errors: Email info@compareairportdeal.co.uk with full details for investigation.

8. Data Privacy

Personal data is used solely for booking purposes and shared only with essential processors. Marketing emails include unsubscribe options.

9. General

Accuracy: We rely on providers for service details. Report discrepancies promptly.
No Endorsement: Listing a provider does not imply endorsement of their practices. Verify terms directly.
